Tim peneliti FKUI terdiri atas Dr. dr. Anna Rozaliyani, Sp.P, M.Biomed; dr. Diah Handayani, Sp.P(K); dan dr. Findra Setianingrum bekerja sama dengan dr. Ary I. Savitri dan dr. Titania N. Shelly dari Siena Clinical – Academic Research Organization; dr. Vini Ratnasari dari RSUD Pasar Rebo; dr. Romala Kuswindarti dari RSUD Ciracas; serta dr. Ngabila Salama, dr.
Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia, Prof. Dr. dr.

Those that are new to online gambling will soon discover
that there are a lot of casino websites to
choose from. Playing your favorite games on the internet is a good way to unwind at home and enjoy some downtime.
You can escape from reality for a few hours and have fun. You may even win some money
in the process.
Gambling
So, how do you choose an online casino? Here
are some tips that will keep you safe online and let you
play your favorite casino games at home.
Read Reviews
One good way to find reputable online casinos is to read reviews.
The internet can provide you with a wealth of information and this includes people documenting their experience with gambling.
Take a look online and do some research on an online casino before playing.
If there are a lot of positive comments said about their
website, this is a good sign and it can give you peace of mind.
Likewise, if there are bad reviews, it may be
best to find another online casino website
to play on at home.
Check the License
Before you play, you want to ensure the online casino you are using is licensed.
After all, you want to gamble legally, as well as
know they are going to look after your personal details that you enter.
Online casinos that are licensed are going to tell you about it.
You should find this information freely on their website.
For example, at the bottom of the homepage on the Unibet website for example,
it outlines that they are authorized by the State of New Jersey and in accordance with the Casino
Control Act. In addition, they are licensed by the New
Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Licensing plays a key role and without which you cannot proceed to doing
anything regarding a casino. Like we said earlier it’s primary to check licensing of a casino before betting on anything.
Look at the Payment Methods
A good idea is to look at the payment methods for an online casino.
This is going to be what you are going to use to make deposits to play, as well as withdraw any winnings.
Of course, it is good to have a choice of the payment
method you want to use. But, it can also be an indicator of
whether you should trust the website. For example, you want to look for popular payment methods such as
VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. Therefore, before you start playing, take a look on the homepage to see what the payment methods are for peace of mind.
The verification of a payment method is also very important as much as
other things. From making payments to drawing payments, there
has to be a legit payment method verfiied and secured.
Look at Security
Remember that you are going to be entering a lot of personal details when you are gambling online.
Therefore, you want to find an online casino that is safe and going to allow you to
feel comfortable to game. Look at the security measures the website is taking.
In particular, look for the SSL certification. This
is going to make sure that your information is encrypted and safe.
You will know that a website has this by looking for the padlock symbol in the search bar.
The website might also tell you about the security they have in place.
Many people get robbed of their money, if there are no secure methods your funds and cards would be at potential
risks. So it’s a primary duty of every player to check each detail before taking any action. From entering with your cards to drawing money security has to be checked.
All these things are necessary to look after while playing online.
The online casino games do not just provide you opportunities
to have a good time but they at some point add up to a good
income if you know the game. So it make all the possibilities thrive you must know the methods that help you make them
happen. You never know when the thunder
bolt is going to fall upon your bet and you are
going to lose the money. But our suggestions will make you earn a regular income every time you
play. You just have to use your senses well and make the right decisions.
The success is assured. There is no any other sure way to win the games but with these simple to
use tips you can make tons of money every time you play.
Post writing is also a fun, if you be acquainted with afterward you can write otherwise
it is complicated to write.

MEXICO CITY, Jan 26 (Reuters) – A new museum and conservation center dedicated to Mexico’s critically endangered axolotl salamander is highlighting the
amphibian’s remarkable story that has captured the attention of scientists and the
public alike.
With an impressive ability to heal itself, the axolotl (pronounced
ah-sho-LO-tul) salamanders were showcased in the exhibit, which opened on Saturday, at Mexico City’s Chapultepec Zoo.
The center aims to raise awareness of the animal, native only to Mexico and which is dwindling in the wild due to dire threats to its natural habitat.
For decades, researchers have marveled at how the axolotl can regenerate amputated limbs and damaged body tissue, even its heart
and brain. Scientists also documented its ability to breathe with lungs
and gills, as well as absorb oxygen through its skin, making it
particularly vulnerable to polluted water.
“They are one of the few animals that can regenerate their skin, muscles, bones, blood vessels, nerves, heart, brain,” said Fernando Gual,
head of wild fauna conservation at the zoo.
“A hugely important part of this space is environmental education,” Gual said of
the new museum’s exhibits, workshops and labs.
In Aztec legend, the desperate rebel god Xolotl transformed himself into an axolotl to hide and avoid being sacrificed by his fellow gods.
He was still discovered, captured and killed. They were
also a mainstay on the banquet tables of Aztec kings.
While the axolotl native to Mexico City’s southern Xochimilco district is especially well-known, Gual points to 16 other
kinds of axolotls that also call Mexico home, each one “like a wetlands ambassador.”
Axolotls once thrived in Xochimilco’s muddy canals, the only remaining part of a
once extensive system of Venice-like waterways dating back to Aztec times.
But the urban sprawl, contaminated water and non-native fish with a taste for young axolotls have led
to the salamander’s near-total collapse, according to population surveys.
Even so, Xochimilco still holds nearly 11% of Mexico’s biodiversity, according
to Gual, with the country’s 370 amphibian species ranking it No.
5 worldwide.
As the museum opened to its first visitors, the axolotl’s celebrity status was easy to spot.
“The truth is I’m very, very, very, very excited to be able to see how they eat, how they live, just how they are,” gushed visitor
Fernando, declining to give his surname but showing
off a small axolotl tattoo on his arm.
“I’m marked for life.” (Reporting by Alberto Fajardo; additional reporting by Nina Lopez;

NEW YORK, July 13 (Reuters) – Shares of U.S. healthcare companies are gaining favor as investors
bank on their ability to weather rocky economic times and the stocks look more reasonably valued than other
defensive sectors.
Healthcare has been the top-performing S&P 500 sector over
the past month, rising nearly 3% while the broader
market has fallen modestly. The group has fallen 8.7% so far
this year, less severe than the nearly 20% drop for the benchmark S&P
500 overall.
Strategists at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and BofA Global Research
are among those favoring the healthcare sector, given that the companies’ businesses are expected to hold up better
than others should the economy face a downturn.
“We feel like it is one of the last opportunities to play defense at a reasonable price,” said Walter Todd,
chief investment officer at Greenwood Capital in South
Carolina.
Greenwood is overweight healthcare stocks in its large-cap portfolios including shares of Johnson & Johnson, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Pfizer Inc.
How healthcare companies are performing will become more
clear in the coming days as second-quarter reports roll in, starting on Friday with UnitedHealth Group Inc, the largest U.S.
healthcare company by market value.
Earnings in the healthcare sector – which includes large drugmakers, medical equipment companies, health insurers and
biotech firms – have outperformed in recent recessionary periods.
That makes them an attractive target for investors
looking for assets that can weather a potential downturn, as recession worries grow amid aggressive monetary policy tightening from the Federal
Reserve.
For example, while overall S&P 500 earnings fell for nine straight quarters during the Great Recession in 2007-2009, the healthcare sector posted earnings growth in those periods, according to Refinitiv IBES data.
Over the last 25 years, earnings per share for the sector have increased nearly 10% annually compared with 6.6% annual growth for the S&P 500,
while producing “much more consistent annual growth relative to the broader market,” according to Eric Potoker, U.S.
healthcare equity strategist in the CIO office of UBS Global Wealth Management.
“If they have healthcare needs, that is usually one of the last places that people will ration,” Potoker said.
Healthcare also remains relatively more attractive than other so-called defensive stocks based on standard valuation metrics.
Healthcare is trading at 15.7 times forward earnings estimates
against its long-term price-to-earnings average of 17.5 times, according to Refinitiv Datastream.
That represents a 10% discount.
Meanwhile, other defensive sectors are trading at premiums
relative to their historical valuations – with utilities at a premium of
over 30% and consumer staples at a 12% premium.
Unlike healthcare stocks, utilities and staples,
at 19.4 times and 20.1 times, respectively, are
also trading above the 16.1 times P/E ratio of the overall S&P 500.
“We find other traditionally defensive sectors, including utilities and staples, to be expensive relative to the broader market,” Tony DeSpirito, chief investment officer of U.S.
fundamental equities at BlackRock, said in his third-quarter equity outlook in which he described “an underappreciated opportunity in healthcare stocks.”
To be sure, should investors become more upbeat about the economy, that
could lead them to leave behind healthcare shares for more cyclically sensitive stocks such
as financials or industrials.
Healthcare also for years has faced persistent investor concerns about regulatory
changes, particularly related to potential U.S. action to rein in prescription drug prices,
which has created a cloud over the stocks.
In the coming months, Democrats in U.S. Congress could try to pass a drug-pricing bill, and “biopharma stocks could be volatile if legislation progresses,”
analysts at SVB Securities said in a note.

Given all the talk around Arm Holdings’ blockbuster debut on the Nasdaq, you may be surprised to hear that London’s junior market is home to
another, albeit significantly smaller, fabless chipmaker in Sondrel (Holdings)
plc.
Sondrel is in the business of application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) designs,
which is geek speak for computers that are designed with just one job in mind.
Bitcoin miners, for instance, use an ASIC built to mine bitcoin and nothing else.
You get the point.
London’s junior market is home to another, albeit
significantly smaller, fabless chipmaker
in Sondrel (Holdings) plc.
Anyway, while Arm Holdings takes flight in New York, adding 20 per cent on the
first day of trading, Sondrel has had a
bit of a shocker.
Shares were down another 15% this week as it continued to reel
from project delays and scaled back customer orders.
Year to date, Sondrel is down a crushing 76 per cent.
In its latest earnings call, the group conceded that full-year revenues will be ‘substantially below current
market expectations’, with a corresponding impact on full-year losses.
This Wednesday, Joe Lopez agreed to step down as chief financial officer with immediate effect,
with non-board interim CFO Nick Stone taking the temporary mantle.
A coincidence of timing perhaps?
As for the wider small-cap market, the AIM All-Share Index
got off to a worrying start after losing nearly 1 per cent
on Monday.
This was despite the blue-chip index starting the week on the front foot in anticipation of a packed week of macroeconomic news.
Thankfully, junior stocks swung in the right direction as UK unemployment met expectations, as
did the European Central Bank’s 25 basis point interest rate decision.
US inflation figures were a little on the heavy side, though not enough to spook
the markets.
The AIM All-Share ended up recovering those Monday losses to close the week flat at 746.42,
though this was a marked underperformance against the FTSE 100, which
gained over 3 per cent.
A large chunk of the value of shares in disposable vape distributor Supreme were thrown in the bin following damning research into the environmental effects of cheap, single-use vaping
kits. Shares were down 16.6 per cent across the week.
Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc, one of AIM’s very few debutants in 2023,
took a light battering in the wake of its first interim earnings report
as a publicly listed company.
The group, which specialises in researching, developing and selling seaweed products for use in the animal feed industry, reported a delay in onboarding new customers in Europe due
to surging feed ingredient prices, sending shares down 18 per cent.

Shareholders made their thoughts clear on medical
technology company Belluscura’s interim results, with
shares diving over 18 per cent this week.
Revenues and earnings figures objectively justified this response, with top-line sales falling a third year on year to $400,000
(£321,000) and adjusted EBITDA falling 30 per cent to $2.9 million.
It’s never a weekly roundup without discussing the latest delisting news.
This week it is brought to you by Sportech.
You may be aware of Sportech through its pool-betting site 123Bet, or
perhaps Connecticut, US readers have visited one of its nine licensed gaming entertainment venues in the
state.
Monday’s solid set of results – which showcased a threefold increase
in underlying earnings – weren’t enough to dissuade
the group from ploughing ahead with its plan to delist from
London’s junior AIM market.
‘Despite delivering improving operational
results announced today, the substantial financial cost associated with maintaining a public listing, given our
current scale, and the increasing volatility in the market valuation is adversely impacting net returns and future prospects,’ said
executive chairman Richard McGuire.
Hardly an uncommon sentiment in the 2023 capital markets.
The heavy industries proved AIM’s saviour this week, thanks to a revival
in sentiment for China-exposed industries and surging commodity prices.
Exploration and development minnow Critical Mineral Resources (formerly
Caerus Mineral Resources) had a bumper week, leaping close to 50 per cent after confirming the completion of its Cyprus
asset sale.
Other top industrial movers saw Synergia Energy, Pantheon Resources and Cadence Minerals plc all up over 20 per cent,
with Atome Energy and Coro Energy surging in the high teens.
LoopUp Group led the charge in the communications sector after smashing revenue and margin targets in its interim earnings.
Shares were seen around 40 per cent higher week on week.
Lastly, Keystone Law plc turned heads on Thursday after it confirmed full-year results will be ‘comfortably ahead of market expectations’.
Shares closed the week a little over 10 per cent higher as a
result.

Welcome to Ice City: Russia plans to build frozen community 1,000 miles from North Pole…

Russia is to build an ultra-modern city on a frozen island deep inside the Arctic
Circle – in the Kremlin’s latest move to back its claim to vast oil
and gas reserves under the polar ice cap.
Named Umka, after a popular Soviet polar bear cub cartoon hero, the initial 5,000 residents will live
under a vast dome to protect themselves from temperatures sinking below minus 30C in winter.
‘This city will be of strategic importance as Russia’s northern outpost,’ said architect Valery Rzhevskiy who has shown its modernistic
designs to an approving Vladimir Putin.
Extraordinary: The city will cost up to £4 billion and be built on the remote island of Kotelniy, in the Novosibirsk archipelago, some 1,000 miles from the North Pole
Vast: The Umka designs are based on the International Space Station but in comparison is
much larger – one mile long and 800 yards wide
Sources say it is likely to house soldiers, border guards and secret service officers, as well as scientists
and explorers, as Moscow gets serious about claiming Arctic mineral riches.
All will enjoy a luxury lifestyle in the cocoon with its own specially regulated temperate climate – including many
facilities to make inhabitants of other cities envious.
‘We aim to have scientific laboratories, houses, but also parks
with attractions, an Aqua complex, hotels and a cathedral.
Naturally there will be schools, kindergartens, recreation zones, a
hospital, and sport facilities are planned, too,’ said Rzhevskiy.

‘We want people who will be living and working here not to
realise they are in some closed space with an aggressive Arctic climate outside.’
The extraordinary venture – nicknamed ‘wonder city’ – will be built at a cost of up to £4 billion on the
remote island of Kotelniy, in the Novosibirsk archipelago , some 1,000 miles from the North Pole, closer
than any other Russian city.
Strong winds make it one of the most inhospitable places on the planet,
and even in summer it barely climbs over freezing point.
Bleak: Strong winds make the area one of the most inhospitable

The Umka designs are based on the International Space Station, but it
is vast by comparison – just short of one mile long and 800 yards wide.
‘So far it’s the only project in the world with an artificial climate and
integral life support – just like on the space station. Not
only is it a new word in architecture, but in human living too.
We have used aero and space technologies while creating it.’

Electricity will be supplied by a floating nuclear power station. Food wise, it will
be totally self-sufficient with fish and poultry farms,
greenhouses, a wheat processing factory and bakeries.
‘There will not be any rubbish at all, as the city will
have two factories converting all kinds into ashes.’
It will house workers for local mines and oil platforms which should pay the costs of the development, it is claimed.
‘This project is designed to work on any surface, even on the Moon if
needed,’ said Rzhevskiy, one of Russia’s top architects.
The ice city plans – currently with no fixed timetable for opening – comes as all countries with territory touching Arctic waters are gearing up to make competing demands to the United Nations over underwater mineral exploitation rights.
Western countries were stung when in 2007 Russian polar explorer Artur Chilingarov placed his country’s flag in the Arctic seabed
in 2007.
‘We must prove the north pole is an extension of the Russian land mass,’ he said at
the time.
A Canadian think tank this year even warned that ‘an arms race maybe beginning’, expressing concerns at
the risk of conflict.
The U.S., Canada, Norway and Russia have all boosted their naval presence in Arctic waters amid warnings of a Cold War
that could literally be cold – except perhaps at Umka.

Hospital staff in India arrested for stealing babies for illegal adoption

CHENNAI, India, Nov 4 (Thomson Reuters Foundation) – Six hospital staff in southern India have been charged with stealing
babies and young children and selling them to childless couples in an illegal adoption racket, police in Karnataka state said on Friday.
The three men and three women, who worked as nurses and lab technicians at five private hospitals and a government-run hospital in Mysuru city,
were part of a bigger, organised gang involved in trafficking children, investigating officer
Ravi Channannavar said.
“The gang targeted poor couples coming to the hospitals to deliver or get an abortion, in which case they convinced them to deliver the child. They would then steal the babies,” he told the
Thomson Reuters Foundation.
In other cases, the gang would steal children from beggars
on the streets and sell them for 200,000 rupees ($2,995) in cities like Bengaluru.
“Our investigations have revealed that the group had sold at least 15 children to different childless couples,” Channannavar said.
“We have rescued three children so far and are looking for the others. There may be many more.”
Statements by the arrested gang members indicate the involvement of a doctor as well, police
said.
The six were arrested on Tuesday following a lengthy investigation triggered in April when police received
a complaint from a woman who said her two-year-old son had been snatched off the street.
Crime data released by the Indian government in August showed more than 40 percent of human trafficking cases
in 2015 involved children being bought, sold and exploited as modern day slaves.
“This case is one of the few that has come to light, but there are many more unreported cases,” said Paul
Sundar Singh of non-profit Karunalaya, which runs a centre for street children in Chennai.
“Stealing children is a big organised crime that police are still struggling to clamp down on across the country. Cases of young children stolen from the pavements of Chennai city earlier this year are still unsolved.”
